CYPHACON 2024 – Final Update!
This is it! We have finally reached our destination and CYPHACON is this week!
So, we are going to make a quick post with all the critical information you will need for this weekend’s event.
TICKETS:
Tickets will be on sale all weekend long at CYPHACON 2024 at the Event Center Box Office
**This year at the Lake Charles Event Center a few notable changes have occurred. Most notably is the renaming of the venue. The Lake Charles Event Center is also under new management so changes can and will be expected. **
- CASHLESS – All purchases from any vending from the actual facility meaning The Event Center Box Office, Concession Stands, and Bars will no longer accept cash. They have moved to contact less purchases, meaning DEBIT or CREDIT CARD ONLY for all ticket sales, food or beverage sales in the building.
- FRIDAY ONLY – $30
- SATURDAY ONLY – $40
- SUNDAY ONLY – $30
- WEEKEND – 3 DAY – $65
- Kids 7-12 – $15 (any day or weekend)
- 6 – Under – ALWAYS FREE
Military Discount of $5 off any Adult Ticket
** NOTE CYPHACON HAS ZERO CONTROL OVER THESE CHANGES THE TICKET PRICES AS SHOWN ABOVE GO RIGHT BACK INTO OUR EVENT. ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH TICKET PURCHASING AT THE DOOR IS SOLELY AT THE DESCRETION OF THE VENUE**
Pre-Registration / Ticket Master Will Call
- Pre-Registration will be in the side hallway immediately behind the glass doors. You will see our new Pre-Registration sign. This includes local sales from Stellar Beans and MacFarlane’s, Gold Pass, Silver Pass, Media, Guests, and VIP.
- Ticket Master Will Call will be at the Box Office. Bring your ticket master receipt or QR code to the box office to our staff to scan your QR code to get your badge.
- At the Door Sales you will go to the special pickup line for the badges near the Prop Check Station.

- April 6th – 9AM – Midnight
- April 7th – 10AM – 5PM
CYPHACON 2024 – Arena Hours ( vendors, artists, celebrity, food )
- April 5th – 5PM – 7PM
- April 6th – 10AM – 7PM
- April 7th – 10AM – 5PM
Parking:
- Review our Civic Center Parking link and as always parking is FREE at the Venue! Please not other events are happening on Friday April 1st Please Park on the south side of the venue to avoid any parking issues. https://www.cyphacon.org/lake-charles-civic-center/
Guest and Times:
****UPDATE – EDWARD JAMES OLMOS, EUGENE CORDERO, AND MELA LEE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY. DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS, THEY CANNOT APPEAR ON FRIDAY. ****
• Guests will be signing and doing photo ops all weekend long at CYPHACON.
• Guests will be at their tables during each day of the event to sign autographs, however 2 hours out of the day will be for their Q&A panels and Lunch Breaks. You can find your favorite Celebrity at their booth all weekend long!
• CHECK THE APP! Please download the CYPHACON App to stay up to date on the times for all our guests’ panels!
• Additionally! Our Celebrity Guests are here to provide a service to all our attendees for the weekend. So, we ask that if you want to meet your favorite Celebrity guest and do not intend to purchase an autograph or photo op please allow those who do want that opportunity to do so. We offer 1-hour panels were you can ask your questions to your favorite actor!

Additionally, please understand that during the weekend at CYPHACON most of our staff will be unable to answer or reply to any comments or messages on social platforms. Unless it’s an emergency please contact us on site by looking out for our staff members in our Black CYPHACON t-shirts!
